- Bachelor degree in the area of the assigned position
- Additional college credits in Education or content area
- Three years of successful experience in a similar position

- Committed to acquire fluency in Spanish (Foreign Hires)
- Experience with virtual, learning platforms and tools
- Effective interpersonal skills
